For three of the five days´ riding Mar will meet us at lunchtime with an extensive picnic including cured meats, cheeses and savoury pastries. There is one day when we will be inaccessible to the van when we will take our own sandwiches with us. On the penultimate day´s riding we have lunch at the Refugio de Ávila.
In the evenings, dinner will either be a set menu or á la carte. We want this holiday to reflect the important place food holds in the local culture. Portions are generous, and great pride is taken in preparing delicious, traditional recipes with the very best ingredients.
Although essentially a riding holiday we aim to provide you with a gastronomic experience to remember.
